About Louis

I’m Louis Caston III, a residential and commercial real estate agent with Remax Alliance serving Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Slidell, and communities throughout the Northshore and St. Tammany Parish.
Before getting into real estate, I spent years in the service industry bartending, managing, and working with people from every walk of life. That experience taught me how to listen, communicate, solve problems, and take care of people. Those same things are a big part of how I work with my real estate clients today.
I work with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, new construction, land, and commercial real estate clients. My job is to break the process down, explain the numbers and options clearly, and help you make a decision that makes sense for you.
Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, looking for land, or exploring a commercial opportunity, I believe you should understand what you’re getting into before making a move. I’ll give you my recommendation, explain why, and make sure you have the information you need to make the final decision with confidence.
